The app is worse than Septas service

The real time train view option is completely inaccurate; it appears to show predetermined time, not real time.

This app is finicky and requires you to download the "updated schedule" every single time you open the app instead of automatically downloading the latest schedules itself which means if you dont notice an update you may not be able to get home. Unfortunately the septa site itself is even more useless and complicated so my only option is to be continuously updating the schedule in the app.

The best, most efficient, most multimodal transit authority this country has now has a great app to go with it. Those who complain are new to technology. Keep up the great work!

SEPTA hasnt bothered to update the app for schedule changes that took effect in mid-December 2015

...The buses I ride are never on time or maybe its the app?

I used to use this app regularly and reliably for the real time info on the bus. Unfortunately, since SEPTA split the 23 into two routes they have failed to add the new 45 to transit view. Ive updated the app several times over the past three months since the route change and still no 45. Ridiculous.

They changed the schedules but didnt update the app! So I tried to take an earlier train (it was kind of important) only to watch it pull out without me. An app designed to annoy your customers! Brilliant!

This app needs adjustments like being able to report tardy busses, rude employees, and altercations or other issues. So far, employees arent accountable and the number to call is useless.

"Next to Arrive" is just for regional rail, but theres no indication thats the case. Trips set up within it cannot be deleted -- delete function does not work.

I missed multiple buses because of this app and I lost a potential job because the times are wrong!!

Stops are listed in alphabetical order, which is beyond stupid. They should be listed in geographical order. Not easy to use. Home screen is confusing, UI needs big change

I rely on the NTA feature to track my train. It is basically useless and consistently fails to show any trains at all.

Dont rely on this. Totally useless, you cant do anything with this app

not intuitive at *all* and I ended up just deleting it.. cmon, improve your app UX, Septa!

I cant believe this is the official app. This is the worst of human stupidity. God forgive us, is right.

This app is so bad that I can only surmise that it has been sent to us as punishment for mans sins against God.

This is an absolutely abominable app. Not only do buttons jump around and not select and reset; it also returns clearly incorrect times. This morning, it told me there was a train every ten minutes. Not true. The train is every 20 minutes, and none at the times it listed. Where is it even finding this info?
